CJC-1295(No Dac)/Ipamorelin

Original price was: $71.50.Current price is: $50.00.

CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin is a dual growth-hormone secretagogue research blend supplied as a high-purity lyophilized powder. It combines CJC-1295 No DAC, also known as Modified GRF (1-29), with Ipamorelin, a selective growth-hormone secretagogue receptor agonist. Together, CJC-1295 (No DAC) and Ipamorelin are studied as a dual-pathway GH secretagogue model: CJC-1295 (No DAC) activates the GHRH receptor pathway, while Ipamorelin activates the ghrelin/GHSR pathway. This makes the blend useful for research into pituitary GH release, pulse dynamics, receptor-specific signaling, and downstream GH/IGF-1 axis activity.

Mechanism of action

Dual GH Secretagogue Pathway

CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin is studied as a dual-pathway growth hormone secretagogue blend. CJC-1295 (No DAC) acts through the GHRH receptor pathway, while Ipamorelin acts through the ghrelin / growth-hormone secretagogue receptor pathway. This allows researchers to examine complementary upstream signals involved in endogenous GH release.

GHRH Receptor Agonism

CJC-1295 (No DAC) selectively activates the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotroph cells. GHRHR activation stimulates adenylate cyclase and the cAMP/PKA signaling cascade, supporting growth hormone release in GH-axis research models. Because the No DAC form lacks the drug-affinity-complex albumin-binding extension, it has a shorter-acting profile than DAC-modified CJC-1295. This makes it useful for models focused on transient, pulse-like GHRH receptor stimulation.

Downstream GH / IGF-1 Signaling

Growth hormone released from the pituitary can stimulate hepatic and peripheral IGF-1 production, allowing researchers to study downstream anabolic, lipolytic, and tissue-remodeling pathways associated with the GH/IGF-1 axis. The blend is therefore relevant to research models examining upstream receptor activation, pituitary GH release, GH pulse dynamics, and downstream IGF-1 pathway activity.
